Refund Policy
Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Thank you for choosing Global Translators. We strive to provide accurate and high-quality translation services. As translation work involves customized services prepared specifically for each client, refunds are handled under the following conditions.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the translation work begins, and a full refund may be issued. If the work has already started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.
No Refunds
As translation work usually begins immediately after receiving the order, refunds are generally not possible once the work has started.
Corrections Due to Our Errors
If any errors in the translated document are caused by mistakes or omissions from our side, we will correct them and issue new copies free of charge.
Corrections Due to Customer Errors
If errors occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, a fee of Rs. 250 per copy will apply for printing and attestation. Delivery cost is also to be borne by the customer.
Reporting Errors
Any mistakes must be reported within two (2) days of document delivery.
